    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to secretariat@mcare2026.org by the deadline specified below. Requests made by phone or in person cannot be accepted.

    Payment information

    Reminder: MCARE 2026 accepts payments through KCP (USD only). On-site registration is not available. All participants must complete registration and payment online prior to the conference.

    • All payments must be made online via credit card.
    • Early bird rates apply to payments completed by Oct 7, 2026, 23:59 (KST).
    • Bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the registrant.
